Split Lip Gives Back

Throughout the month of November, we're giving back to some of our favorite organizations. We're offering expedited submissions in every genre, and 50% of the submission fees will support:

• Gifford Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence

• AIDS Vaccine Advocacy Coalition (AVAC)

• Our Children's Trust

• Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society

We'll also be offering feedback on short stories and flash fiction (full details below!) and donating 50% of the fees to:

• Tree of Life Synagogue

• One Simple Wish

Feedback Guidelines for Short Stories and Flash Fiction:

Submit one story or one flash piece of no more than 3,000 words, and receive a short paragraph of feedback that identifies your story's strengths, as well as recommendations for revision from Editor-in-Chief Kaitlyn Andrews-Rice and Managing Editor Amy Rossi.

All submissions in this category will be considered for publication. Paying for this feedback option does not guarantee publication and is not an invitation to debate your work with our editors. Expect a response within 6-8 weeks, slightly longer if we are backlogged.
