I've been binge-listening to the podcast Just Break Up with hosts Sierra DeMulder and Sam Blackwell for months now. It's a charming, kind, and often funny advice show about relationships featuring two queer best friends as hosts. I find it incredibly soothing. It's like lying on the couch listening to your friends sweetly gossip about the romantic relationships of everyone you know.

I moved to Amsterdam in July and I’m loving getting into theater here. This week was the Fringe Festival and I saw a gorgeous one-woman play by an Irish storyteller, Sinead O’Brien, structured around Irish myths. She performed on a dock in a canal with everyone sort of gathered around her, which was just a stunning setting. I’ve also been taking a class at an English improv theater, and it’s been extremely cool to work the storytelling muscle works in this different format—and to have time every week when you know you’ll laugh a lot.
