Here’s just one thing from us about Zach Linge’s January issue poem “Eco-Conscious Aubade with Starshine”: it’s the first poem M’Bilia Meekers accepted as our new poetry editor! Here’s just one thing from Zach about their piece:

“My youngest nephew, poor thing, didn’t know he had a frog on his head. He and his brother were in a neighborhood kiddy pool. His brother kept picking up the frog, slipping it onto his little blonde mop, and laughing. That’s not true. I’m the one who put the frog on his head, but I’d like to blame a child because children are cruel.”
