Just One Thing with Mark Galarrita

Mark Galarrita is this month's featured flash writer. Also, he clearly knows his way around a french bread bake. 

We're in love with Mark's story, "My Sad Werewolf." Here's just one thing about his writing process for this piece:

"This story came from a prompt by writer’s Kira Frank and Emily Montgomery who run the Writers in The School’s--a program that teaches free creative writing lessons to high school students in the Tuscaloosa area. Kira asked the group to write down any monster on a sheet of paper, then write down an emotion or expression on another piece. We passed the papers around. I got Sad and Werewolf. "
