Paula Camacho (@paulacamacho.art) is a Colombian-born painter and installation artist based in Miami, Florida. She graduated from the University of Central Florida in the Fall of 2019 with her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting. Paula was an artist in residence at the New York Academy of Art in 2019, her work has been featured in 11 publications, and she has participated in a number of exhibitions throughout the southeast. Her practice, ultimately a visual exploration into the theory of immanence, is heavily influenced by transcendental experiences and her consequent investigations into Taoism, shamanism, and Jungian philosophy.
