Just a Trim — Split Lip Magazine

Celina Timmerman is a recent graduate from Ball State University where she received her BFA in Photography and Intermedia Arts. During her last year of undergrad, Celina found a home in collage art. The work she creates discusses her personal experiences with racism and stereotypes that have been present in her life. Her goal with her work is to show the world that black women are much more than the way they are portrayed in media.
